Policies 

Cancellation policy: 

All cancellations must be made within 48 hours for no penalty. 

If canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the price will be deducted and non refundable. 

If no call no show, then 100% of the service fee will be charged, non refundable and non transferable. 

This applies to all grooming related services, including convenience services. If canceled before 48 hours, services can be rescheduled at no additional charge or penalty. 

Vaccines/Rabies:

The State of Tennessee requires that Dogs and Cats “over the age of 6 months be currently vaccinated against rabies”

* We ask that all dogs have rabies unless they are over the age of 10 or under the age of 6 months.

Puppies must have their first round of shots before they can be groomed.

If the rabies shot is expired then they will have to rebook once they have updated rabies.

Pets will not be allowed to be groomed unless it is 24 hours after the time the vaccines were given. Some dogs can have reactions to shots. 

Flea Policy: 

If fleas are found on your pet we will automatically give it a flea treatment and add an additional charge to your service. 

Worms Policy: 

If worms are found on your pet we will stop the service and call you for pick up. We can not continue the service and require immediate pick up. 

Dematting:

If the pets are matted, we will charge a dematting fee of $1 per minute after 15 minutes in addition to the grooming price.

Example: If it takes 45 minutes total to dematt then you will be charged 30 dollars in addition to the groom price.

Dematting includes shaving as well as brushing. Shaving will be at the groomer’s discretion.

Groomers will need to set a timer from the start of the preshave, or brushing off the dog and stop the timer at the end of brushing the dog. Take that time and subtract 15 minutes. That total will be the amount of dematting charges.

Redos:

If a client is not happy with a groom and request a redo:

We can do them free of charge for the first week after the client has been here.

If clients request a redo after the first week of the initial groom then clients must pay for a bath.

If they call after two weeks they will be charged a full grooming price.

Late Policy:

Appointment times

If it is past 15 minutes the clients will be charged a late fee of $15. 

If you are past 30 minutes clients are considered a no call no show and will be charged the cancellation fee.

Pick ups:

If the client is 15 minutes late after business hours they will be charged a petsitting fee.

Add an additional $15 dollars every 30 minutes they are late.

Example #1: Fluffy gets picked up at 7:30pm. They would get charged $15 for being late.

Example #2: Fluffy gets picked up at 8pm. They would get charged $30 for being late.
